Add contact forms and other interactive widgets to capture leads and engage with your audience.

Widgets add interactive functionality to your Navo profile. The contact form widget lets visitors send you messages directly, making it easy to capture leads and communicate with your audience.

Contact Form Widget

The contact form widget lets visitors send you messages directly from your profile.

Adding the Widget

  1. Go to Premium > Widgets tab
  2. Toggle on "Contact Form"
  3. Customize the button text (default: "Contact Me")

The widget button appears below your links. Clicking it opens a contact form modal with name, email, and message fields.

Form Fields

The contact form includes three required fields:

  • Name: Visitor's name
  • Email: Contact email address
  • Message: Their message or inquiry

Customization

Button Text

  • Default: "Contact Me"
  • You can customize this text in the Widgets settings

Managing Leads

All contact form submissions are saved in the People page in your dashboard.

Viewing Submissions

  1. Go to People in your dashboard
  2. See all contact form submissions
  3. View details: name, email, message, and submission timestamp

Exporting Leads

  1. Go to People page
  2. Click "Export CSV" button
  3. Download file with all lead data

The CSV includes: name, email, message, and submission date.

Troubleshooting

Form Not Showing

  • Ensure widget is enabled in Premium > Widgets
  • Check that you've saved changes
  • Try refreshing your profile

Not Receiving Submissions

  • Check People page (submissions are saved there automatically)
  • Test the form yourself to ensure it's working
