Your profile information is the foundation of your Navo presence. It includes your name, bio, profile picture, and account name - the first things visitors see when they land on your profile.

Profile Fields

Name

Your display name appears at the top of your profile.

Character limit: 60 characters
Required: Yes

Bio

A short description that appears under your name.

Character limit: 160 characters
Optional: You can leave it blank

Profile Picture

Your profile picture or logo.

File size: Maximum 5MB
Formats: JPG, PNG, or WebP
Optional: You can skip adding a picture

Uploading Profile Picture

Click your current picture (or placeholder)
Select image from your device
Save and it updates instantly

If upload fails:

Check file size (must be under 5MB)
Ensure correct format (JPG, PNG, WebP)

Editing Your Profile

Go to your Dashboard
Click Profile Info section
Edit any field
Click Save (changes apply instantly)

Profile URL

Your profile URL is: navo.link/[your-account-name]

Note: Profile URLs cannot be changed after account creation.

Common Issues

Can't Upload Picture

Check file size (must be under 5MB)
Ensure correct format (JPG, PNG, WebP)
Try a different browser

Name Won't Save

Check that it's under 60 characters
Ensure it's not empty
