Common Issues
My profile isn't showing my latest changes
This is usually a caching issue. Try these steps:
- Clear your browser cache
- Do a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac)
- Try viewing in an incognito/private window
Image upload isn't working
Check these requirements:
- File size must be under 5MB
- Formats: JPG, PNG, or WebP only
- Ensure stable internet connection
- Try compressing the image if it's too large
Links aren't clickable on my profile
Ensure your links are properly formatted:
- URLs must start with https:// or http://
- Make sure the link was saved successfully
- Check that the link has both a title and URL

Is Navo really free?
Yes! Navo is completely free to use with all features included. There are no hidden costs, premium tiers, or feature restrictions.
Can I change my profile URL?
Yes, but you can only change it once every 30 days. Go to Settings > Profile URL to make changes. Choose carefully!
How many links can I add?
You can add up to 5 social links and unlimited custom links. Product cards and widgets are also unlimited.
Can I export my analytics data?
Yes! Go to your Analytics page and look for the export button. You can download your data as a CSV file.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Data Management > Delete Account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure to export your data first if you need it.
