1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing Navo, or using any part of the service, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country)
• Have the legal authority to agree to these terms
• Accept these Terms in full

If you do not agree, you must not use Navo.

2. Description of Service

Navo provides a platform to:

• Create and manage a customizable public link-in-bio page
• Add links, products, content, and media
• View analytics and insights
• Access certain premium features via subscription

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time, with or without notice.

3. Account Registration

To use Navo, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Keeping your login credentials secure
• Not sharing your account or impersonating others

We may suspend or terminate accounts found to be violating these conditions.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (links, images, descriptions, etc.), but by using Navo, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content on your public page.

You agree not to upload or link to:

• Illegal content
• Hate speech, harassment, or abuse
• Malware or phishing links
• Copyrighted material you don't have rights to

We reserve the right to remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium features are available via paid subscription, processed securely by Stripe.

• Prices and billing intervals are shown on our pricing page
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing date
• You may cancel anytime in your dashboard
• We offer a 7-day free trial and refunds upon request if you're unsatisfied

All billing and payment information is handled by Stripe; we never store your credit card data.

6. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time in-app. Upon deletion:

• All data and content are immediately and irreversibly removed
• Your subscription will be canceled automatically

We may also suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Illegal or abusive activity
• Failure to pay fees (for premium plans)

7. Intellectual Property

Navo's brand, website design, software, and all related content (excluding user content) are owned by us and protected under copyright and trademark laws.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the platform
• Use our branding without permission

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Navo is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no guarantees about:

• Uptime or availability
• Suitability for a specific purpose
• Compatibility with all browsers or devices

We are not liable for damages arising from the use of our platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes must be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. If the changes are significant, we will notify you by email or an in-app banner. Continued use of Navo means you accept the updated Terms.
