Social Links

Connect all your social media profiles and let visitors find you across platforms.

Pro Tip: Add your most important platforms first!

Best Practices

Username Format

Different platforms have different username requirements:

  • Instagram: username (no @ symbol needed)
  • Twitter: handle (no @ symbol needed)
  • LinkedIn: Either your custom URL slug or full profile URL
  • TikTok: @username or username

The system is smart and handles both formats!

Common Issues

"Invalid Username" Error

  • Make sure you're entering just the username, not the full URL
  • Remove any spaces before or after the username
  • Check the platform's requirements

Link Not Working

  • Test the link on the actual platform to ensure the username is correct
  • Some platforms require exact capitalization
  • Try adding/removing the @ symbol

Can't Find a Platform

We support 20+ platforms. If yours isn't listed, use a Custom Link instead:

  • Add a custom link
  • Set the title to the platform name
  • Add your profile URL
  • Optionally add an emoji or custom icon

Privacy & Security

  • Social links are public and visible to all visitors
  • Only share accounts you want public
  • Don't share personal phone numbers or private accounts
  • Use WhatsApp or Telegram for business communication only

Analytics

Track how many people click your social links:

  1. Go to Analytics in your dashboard
  2. View Social Media Performance
  3. See clicks per platform
  4. Identify your top-performing social networks

Use this data to:

  • Focus on growing your best-performing platforms
  • Update links that aren't getting clicks
  • Understand where your audience is most active
