Privacy & Security

Control your profile visibility, understand data privacy, and manage security settings for your Navo account.

What's Public

Your profile is public and visible to anyone with your URL. This includes:

  • Profile name, bio, and picture
  • Social links and custom links
  • Products
  • Widgets

What's Private

These are never shown publicly:

  • Email address
  • Password
  • Analytics data
  • Lead submissions (contact form responses)
  • Account settings

Profile Visibility

Currently, all Navo profiles are public by default. Private profiles and password protection are coming soon.

Account Security

Changing Your Password

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click Change Password
  3. Enter current password
  4. Enter new password
  5. Confirm new password
  6. Save changes

If You Forget Your Password

  1. Click Forgot Password on login page
  2. Enter your email
  3. Check email for reset link
  4. Click link and create new password
  5. Log in with new password

Email Privacy

Your email address is never shown on your public profile. It's only used for account login, notifications, and password resets.

Lead Privacy

Only you can access your contact form submissions. They're completely private and not visible to anyone else.
